Brisk Selling Lake Astoria Opens its Final Phase
~Lake homesites to highlight new phase~

While Forsyth County's Lake Astoria has not even celebrated its second birthday, the community's sales success has prompted the opening of its final phase. Lake Astoria's final phase will offer an estimated 55 homesites, 15 of which will boast Sawnee Mountain and lake views.

Lake Astoria's final phase will consist of a variety of custom homes styles on half-acre to over an acre homesites. All of the homes will feature three-car garages, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and daylight basements.

In its completion, Lake Astoria will have totaled almost 170 homes surrounding a 30-acre lake with Sawnee Mountain serving as the community's majestic backdrop. Homes at Lake Astoria are priced from the low $400s to over $700,000.

To visit Lake Astoria, take GA 400 North to exit 13 and turn left. Travel six miles and turn right on Hwy. 20 (Canton Hwy.). Travel 1.5 miles and turn left on Dr. Bramblett Rd. Travel 1.6 miles and turn right on Wallace Lake Circle. Lake Astoria is ahead on the right.
